This project was about designing an exhibition space, to feature work created over a long-term residency in Mukhteshwar. The project had a condensed timeline of three, short weeks. Driven by a sense of energy (and urgency) from the outset, this space — built to display non-commercial art — became a place for play. This temporary gallery displayed the work of twenty artists in a non-hierarchal manner. The main objective here was to achieve the segregation of space while maintaining a sense of unity in the exhibition. The Studio also created its own piece for display: a dimmable, light bulb chandelier.
